Welcome to Klatrehelse.no (Climbing Health)
Klatrehelse.no is a Norwegian website dedicated to climbing, mental health, personal growth, and the positive effects of movement and outdoor experiences. We believe climbing is about much more than physical performance — it is also about confidence, belonging, courage, and discovering what you are capable of.
Our goal is to make climbing feel safer, more accessible, and less intimidating for beginners, families, older adults, and anyone who wants to challenge themselves in a positive and supportive environment.
We believe that small experiences of mastery can create big changes in people’s lives.

The content on this website is all written in Norwegian – except for this page. Foreign readers can switch to another language in the top right menu, and the content will then be translated to selected language.
This service translate page by page as you click – but the physical page is still written in Norwegian. This means that using the search function will not get any hits in your language, unfortunately.
